Rm 215C OAE/UML/LC Meeting (Richter-Internal: 2nd FL) Capacity: 10

Rm. 215C is reserved Mon-Fri. for use by the University Libraries, Learning Commons Partners and/or UM Faculty for in-person meetings during business hours [8am-5pm]. The room is equipped with 6 rectangular rolling tables, seating for 10, whiteboard, and LED screen with wireless connection to a laptop. The room may be reconfigured, but the tables needs to be reset at the end of one's session. No catering is allowed, however meeting participants are free to bring in individual beverages and food.

The room has two entrances: one from the Study Room corridor, just outside the Graduate Commons Entrance; the second from within the OAE Office Suite. The door to/from to the OAE Office Suite is locked at all times, accessible only to OAE Staff. The door from the Study Room corridor is accessible via CaneID tap for Library personnel and LC Partners. UM Faculty booking the room for meetings may check out the room key at the First Floor Access Services Desk. 

NOTE:  The room becomes available for Student Study Room booking Mon-Fri 5 pm-closing and throughout the weekend.
